It Started With a House
Buying and renovating my first home in Toronto got me hooked on real estate. I loved seeing what a property could become, and I learned firsthand what it takes to get there.
Since then, I’ve worked on projects ranging from bathroom renovations to gutting and rebuilding multi-unit properties, including work for clients. Years later, I returned to Swansea, where I grew up, and bought a house for our family. It became the second home of my own I’d taken through a full gut renovation.
Living with those decisions has stayed with me. It’s part of the practical perspective I bring when I walk through a house with a client.
A Small Team, a Personal Approach
I’ve always preferred getting to know my clients and staying involved from the first conversation through closing, and often well beyond it. If a renovation question comes up later or you need a trade, you can still call me.
Ashley has staged homes for my clients and other Toronto Realtors since 2017. She now leads the marketing, branding, staging and client care for Swansea Real Estate. We’re a small team, and that means you work directly with the people who know your home and your plans.
