Raised in Swansea, Rooted in the West End
I went to Swansea Public School, played hockey at Rennie Rink and worked at the old Runnymede Theatre on Bloor. My parents still live in the house I grew up in, and my kids now go to the same school I did. Today I volunteer with the Swansea Girls Hockey League and play in the Swansea Adult Softball League. That history helps me read Swansea and its neighbours, from Bloor West Village to High Park, Baby Point and Roncesvalles, the way the people who live there do.
A Homeowner’s Perspective
After more than 15 years of hands-on renovation experience, from small upgrades to complete gut jobs, I tend to see a house differently. I can help you tell a dated kitchen from a costly problem, estimate what work should cost and how long it should take, and know when an inspector or specialist needs to weigh in. When you sell, the first walk-through becomes a realistic plan, with tradespeople whose work I know when the job calls for them. I also own and manage rental properties myself, so income properties are familiar ground. My wife Ashley handles staging, marketing and client care. Together, we offer the attention of a small local business with the resources of SAGE REAL ESTATE LIMITED behind us.
